# **GOAThire.ai**: an AI recruitment agent for Australian businesses

GOAThire.ai, operated by RecAlliance, gives Australian businesses an AI recruitment agent for a fixed A$1,495 + GST per role. No placement fee. When you need the GOAT, not a goat.

[Visit goathire.ai](https://www.goathire.ai/)[How it works](https://www.recalliance.com.au/goathire#gh-how)

How it works

## Four steps from role to resumes

1. ### Tell us about the role

Your website, a short company description, your logo, the position description, the salary range and the suburb.
2. ### We build your role page

A public page for the job in your branding, ready for applications and to share on your socials.
3. ### The agent finds people

It searches for candidates who fit, contacts them and invites them to apply. A person reviews every message before it's sent.
4. ### Applications come to you

Each candidate consents before their resume is sent. You interview and hire.

Pricing

## A$1,495 + GST per role. Paid once, up front.

Most of the cost of recruitment is search. The agent does the search, so you pay for the role, not a percentage of the salary.
