We build platforms that make work and business fairer, simpler and more transparent. Our story ## From recruitment roots to our own platforms RecAlliance began as a buying group for small and medium-sized Australian recruitment agencies, helping them access better terms from suppliers to the industry. Working closely with recruiters showed us where hiring was broken: job ads that attract hundreds of irrelevant applications, candidates who are never paid for their time, and small businesses left to work out complex products on their own. Today RecAlliance no longer operates as a buying group. We put that experience into building and running our own brands, each designed to solve one of those problems directly. ### RecAlliance at a glance - Company: RecAlliance Pty Ltd - Based in: Australia - What we do: build and operate digital platforms for work and business - Our brands: Elevator Pitch and Need Cover Now - Contact: [corporate@recalliance.com.au](mailto:corporate@recalliance.com.au) What we run ## Our brands ![Elevator Pitch logo](https://www.recalliance.com.au/hs-fs/hubfs/RecAlliance%20website/elevator-pitch-logo-navy.png?width=214&height=36&name=elevator-pitch-logo-navy.png) ### Elevator Pitch An employment platform where employers pay a connection fee to reach job seekers, plus a sign-on bonus if they hire.
